This former leather factory warehouse in Melbourne with its huge rooms, soaring ceilings, industrial fittings and innate sense of style has been seen in design books, style guides and international magazines around the world. From doors relocated from old mansions to industrial fittings sourced from disused factories, the decor of Location 424 comprises entirely of recycled vintage fittings chosen specifically to suit this unique space. Interior designer Lyn Gardener from the australian interior design company Gardener & Marks has styled, refurbished and renovated this huge warehouse.
